Ingredients


  • 1 lb ground beef (or bison)

  • 1 lb ground turkey (or chicken)

  • 1 lb ground pork

  • 1/2 package of bacon

  • 1 cup Bone Broth (beef)

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 can diced chile peppers

  • 1 can diced jalapeño peppers

  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced

  • any additional fresh peppers you like


  • 1 TBSP paprika

  • 2 TBSP cumin

  • 1 TBSP chili powder

  • 1 TBSP Harissa (optional) or more 🔥

  • 1 TSP Cayenne Pepper

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 (28-ounce) cans stewed tomato's

  • 2-4 tablespoons canned chipotle chile, diced (optional)


Optional Ingredients for topping❤️

❤️ Cilantro

❤️ Diced Onions

❤️ Cheese (queso fresco) & Sour Cream

❤️ Avocado



Directions

❤️Add all your meat to the crockpot, breaking it apart (no need to cook ahead of time)

❤️Heat a large skillet over medium heat; add diced bacon until it starts to cook and leave grease in the pan, add diced onions, fresh peppers, garlic and cook until everything is soft and the onions are beginning to caramelize, about 10 minutes.

❤️ add to your crockpot full of ground meats

❤️ Add all your herbs and spices

❤️ Add 1 cup of Bone Broth

❤️Add canned mexican stewed tomatoes


Set the crockpot to low for 8 hours or high 4-6 hours and enjoy.


Enjoy with some homemade low carb chips
