How to Break your fast:
❤️ Sip on some bone broth and then have a meal 30-1 hour later
❤️ Home made jello with electrolytes
❤️Chicken breast or fish
❤️Eggs
❤️Avocado
❤️Dairy - I don't recommend because it is inflammatory but, if you want dairy choose
✅Non fat plain Greek yogurt
✅Low fat plain cottage cheese
When breaking a fast you want too
❌ limit high fats
❌limit packaged foods with seed oils
❌limit carbohydrates to low carb
Coach❤️Theah tip: save veggies and carbs, soda, etc... for your second meal
Will bone broth break my fast? technically "Yes"
Plain bone broth contains little to no carbohydrates but it does have calories and will break your fast however, it won't hinder your fat burning 🔥 if you are fasting for weight-loss or to help you get into ketosis you are good to go
I use bone broth to extend my fasts across multiple days and I use it to break my fast (especially after a prolonged fast 36-72 hours)
Not all bone broth is created equal
Kettle & Fire is my favorite
You are ALLOWED to eat whatever you want Coach❤️Theah
