❤️Today let's start thinking about hunger

❤️First, review your macros from the last few days

❤️Are you tracking to lower carb <50 grams per day

❤️If yes, you should notice less hunger signals

It is the first thing my clients tell me is…. I’m not hungry. If you are following my program and the my 1st primal rule “eat lots of Animals & Plants, you should also start to feel full longer. Traditional diets, calorie restriction, low fat diets leave you hungry and that is why they are hard to stick to and usually fail.

Food cravings, mood swings, energy crashes is associated with hunger. These are signs of carbohydrate dependency and are common with energy-restricted crash diets.

When you start eating animals & plans and less processed foods and your nourishing your body appropriately, hunger because what it’s meant to be…… a natural sign that your body is ready for energy nourishment.

When following a Primal, Low Carb, High Protein, KETO, Mediterranean or even a Whole 30 diet, there’s no need to constantly call on willpower to keep hunger at bay.

50 grams or less of Carbohydrates

✅Go to bed on time ✅3 Micro workouts

✅Post a #HappyDay - something you love ❤️

✅Track your food & exercise

✅Drink your water


Today's Workout: Walking / Micro Workout

❤️ Walk for 30 minutes today (morning, lunch, evening) it's the weekend

❤️ Aim for 10K steps per day 3-4 days per week

❤️ Strength Training or 3 Micro Workouts
