Coach❤️Theah Tom Ka Kai Creamy Chicken Soup


  • 3 Chicken Breasts

  • I box Chicken Broth (I used Kettle & Fire Tom Yum Chicken)

  • 1 Can Coconut Milk (Full Fat)

  • 1 Small Onion

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 small tomato

  • Mushrooms (use mixed stir fry mushrooms)

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 TBSP Fish Sauce

  • Fresh Ginger

  • 1 TBSP Red Curry Paste

  • 1 TBSP Lime Juice

  • 1 tsp Korean Chili flakes (optional)

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 TBSP Tamari (GF Soy Sauce)

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp sweetener (optional)

  • Lemongrass (optional - the Tom Yum Chicken broth has lemongrass)

Optional Ingredients for topping

❤️ Cilantro

❤️ Diced Onions

❤️ Thai Chili Paste or Chili Flakes


❤️Directions: Combine all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
