Cheesy egg-bites or Muffins... better than starbucks

You are going to love these egg bites. Super easy to make, bake for 30 minutes, grab and go breakfast or afternoon snack.

❤️Eggs - Pasture raised Organic or local farm

❤️ Make a double batch for the week

❤️ Use a blender or cup mixer




Coach❤️Theah Cheesy Egg Bites

This recipe will make 6 egg bites


Ingredients

  • 5 eggs

  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese (i used Good Cultures brand)

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (buy organic and shred your own)

  • Salt & Pepper


Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Fill a baking dish (9x9) with water and place on the lower rack in the oven

  3. Spray muffin tin or silicone muffin cups with nonstick spray.

  4. In your blender or mixer, mix eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper

  5. Mix on high until frothy

  6. Fill your muffin cups 3/4 full

  7. Add you shredded cheese to each cup and then top off with remaining batter until full

  8. Bake egg bites for 30 minutes. They should start to puff up a bit and you can let them turn brown on top.

  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin cups
