Gummy Ingredients Jell-o Ingredients

3 tbsp Gelatin 2 tbsp Gelatin

1/2 cup Water 2 cup water

2 tbsp Electrolytes 2 scoops electrolytes

Liquid Stevia

1/2 tsp Citric acid (optional) for sour flavor

❤️ Gummies: I combine the gelatin, water and electrolytes, whisk and bring to a boil. I fill the candy trays and then place in the fridge

❤️Jell-O - I use 1 cup hot water, 1 cup cold water and combine.

❤Add 1 cup of water to a bowl or liquid measuring cup and sprinkle with gelatin powder.

❤Mix and allow it to sit for 3-5 minutes to "bloom".

❤Pour the remaining cup of water into a medium saucepan, add electrolytes and stevia drops and heat until bubbly
