Quick and Easy Tomato salad for summer

❤️Buffalo Mozzarella is my favorite but, mostly just find quality grass-fed dairy
❤️Organic tomato (tomato is on the dirty dozen list)
❤️ If possible find local farm and buy tomato, basil and cucumber locally
❤️ Use as many fresh herbs as you like
❤️ Use quality olive oil
These tomatoes, cucumber and basil came from my backyard

Ingredient List
Tomatoes (i used a combination of 2 medium and cup of small cherries because that is what I grew)
Cucumber (medium)
2 tbsp Olive Oil (I used a garlic herb olive oil)
1 tsp Vinegar
Basil (bunch)
Mozzarella
🌿Spices & Herbs 🌿
1 garlic clove
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
onion & garlic chives
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Chop the tomatoes, cucumber and basil (if using fresh) and place in a bowl
Sprinkle with salt & pepper
In a small bowl, add olive oil, diced garlic, herbs, and vinegar
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and let sit or refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving
