Ingredient List
1 lb of ground lamb (or swap for a meat of your choice)
1/4 cup pork rind crumbs
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
1 egg or egg whites
Greek olives, diced
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp greek seasoning
1 TSP dill
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Sautee onions and garlic until tender
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, egg, sauteed onions, feta and pork rind crumbs
Add your diced olives
Roll the meat into small meatballs
Roll the meatballs in additional pork rind crumbs (optional)
Place in the airfryer and airfry for 15 minutes or until done (depends on the size)
Optional Sauce: Homemade tzatziki sauce
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, diced
2 TBSP dill
2 TBSP lemon juice
Salt
