Congratulations on the completion of the 30 day challenge! I hope you learned some valuable tips, how to manage hunger and how to leverage diet changes to meet your goals ~ Coach❤️Theah

Healthy Habits for Coach❤️Theah

❣️Eat lots of animals & plants

⛔ Don't be sedentary

❤️ Get plenty of sunshine 🌞

❤️ Do something you enjoy everyday 💃

❤️ Sleep 💤

Some people get discourage at this point. Maybe weight loss stalls or your early wins aren't the same. here are my tips to keep going

✅You can follow the program again for 30 days

🆕Define "YOUR GOAL"

✔ lose weight ✔ improve sleep ✔ increase energy ✔ tone

✔reduce inflammation ✔ improve gut health

🆕Continue with your measurements, weigh-in or pictures

🆕Keep it Simple: Incorporate 1 or 2 changes you learned and make it a "healthy habit"

Let's summarize all that you learned..

🤍You learned how to transition to a low carb diet (50 grams or less of carbs per day)

🤍You learned about "Protein Days" - high protein, 30 grams of fat, 10 grams carbs

🤍You learned about 2 meals per day (2MAD)

🤍You learned about "modified fast days" (500-700 calories / High Protein or High Fat )

🤍Learned how to prepare for a fast / fasting and breaking your fast

🤍Learned about good sources of Protein and healthy Fats


Pick something that worked for you... make it a habit

🤍Maybe you thought it was easy to skip breakfast a couple days a week

🤍Maybe you found it easier sleep if you skipped or finished eating by 5 PM

🤍Maybe you found that you could fast 1 day and feel better from the weekend

🤍Maybe you found that you like "Bone Broth"

🤍Maybe you found that "fasting" helped you save money, reduce stress & gave you time
