About the Recipe
❤️1 lbs black grouper, Cod, Haddock or Salmon... whatever your prefernce
❤️1/4 cup taco seasonging
❤️2 tbsp lime juice
❤️2 tbsp fresh cilantro or dried
❤️Diced Jalepeno's optional
❤️1 (4 oz.) red onion, thinly sliced
❤️Salt & Pepper
❤️Set the oven to 350°F or fire up the grill
❤️In a medium-sized bowl, mix the lime juice with the taco seasoning.
❤️Place salmon in a baking dish or on foil for the grill and brush it with the taco mix.
❤️Top with the chopped cilantro and sliced red onion.
❤️Bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
