About the Recipe


❤️ Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs of steamer clams

  • Clam Juice Optional

  • Grass Fed Butter

  • 2 cloves roasted garlic


❤️First we need to soak the steamers

place the steamers in a large stock pot, cover with several inches of salty water (a tablespoon of sea salt completely dissolved in every quart of water),

I like to let them sit in the fridge overnight but, you can just let them sit a few hours. don't let them sit in direct sunlight.

The clams will start to discharge the sand and extend their foot out of the shell

❤️Now to steam them

Steam the clams or if you don't have a steamer, you can boil them

once the shell starts opens, they are finished

You can rince them in broth and then dip them in garic butter
