❤️1 egg (pasture raised organic)

❤️2-4 tbsp liquid egg whites

❤️1 tbsp Cream Cheese (optional)

❤️Salt & Pepper

Coach❤️Theah Tip: Enjoy with applegate turkey bacon or chicken sausage patties. You can include Avocado, Tomato slices for a big breakfast to keep you full through or past lunch


  1. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and use a fork to whisk them together with some salt and pepper.

  2. Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Don't burn or brown the butter

  3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and stir for 1–2 minutes, add cream cheese (optional) until they are creamy and cooked just the way you like them.
