Egg Salad

About the Recipe

You know how I love eggs... Great source of protein and very versatile.


❤️6 eggs or

❤️2 tbsp Mayonnaise

❤️1 tbsp dijon mustard

❤️1 tsp lemon juic

❤️1 tsp chives

❤️Salt & Pepper

❤️1/4 tsp Ceyanne pepper


❤️Place your eggs in a saucepan cover with cold water

❤️Bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes

❤️Remove from the heat, rince with cold water

❤️I like to add them to an ice water bath (just have ice water in a bowl and add eggs)

❤️Let the eggs completly cool - you can then save in the frige or make the egg salad

Coach❤️Theah Tip: boil extra for hard boiled egg snack or add to your salad for later in the week

Peel the eggs

Add the eggs to a bowl, add all ingredients and mix to as much or as little as you like

Add salt & Pepper

Add to an Egglife Wrap or your favorite low carb wrap

I enjoy mine on lettuse with bacon bits❤️
