Chocolate Avocado Pudding

About the Recipe



❤️ Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1/4 cup cacao power (or cocoa powder without added sugar)

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (the kinds form the can)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (Stevia or Monk Fruit Sweetened) I buy People's Keto

  • Add Allulose or liquid sweetener to your taste (Optional)

Other Optional Ingredients:


Espresso Poweder

Chili powder or cayeenne pepper (my favorite)


❤️ What you need to do ❤️

✅Refrigerate your coconut milk over night or for a few hours - when you open the can use the coconut cream and discard the liquid from the can

✅Slice and peel the avocado and put into fruit processor or blender

✅Melt the chocolate chips with 1/2 the coconut cream slowly

✅ In the blender, add the melted chocolate chips, cacao powder, half of coconut milk

✅ Add the vanilla extract to the avocado

✅Blend ingredients together until smooth, adding in more coconut milk if needed

✅Pour the creamy rich mousse evenly into 6 small dessert cups

✅Refrigerate until firm

You can top with whipped cream, berries, maybe some chopped nuts or some of the coconut cream whipped up with some allulose
