These little nuggets of crunchy and crispy... make a double batch for the week. You can add to a salad or eat for "break-Fast" during the week.
Preparation
❤️For the Chicken
Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towel and transfer to clean bowl.
OR... If you are using chicken breast, slice into tender size strips
Add all the seasonings and toss in bowl
❤️Wrap the chicken
if adding Mozeralla cheese, you can lay a stip the 3/4 the length in the middle of the chicken tender
Start wrapping the bacon around the chicken and cheese, overlap a little to ensure it keeps everything secure
Oven
Preheat oven to 400F
Place chicken on baking sheet lined with parchement paper
Bake for 15 minutes and then turn the chicken over
Bake for another 15 minutes until the bacon is as scrispy as you like💞
