1 lb. chicken breasts
1/2 Cup Pork Rind Crumbs
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup (30g) cup Parmesan,
grated
Preparation
✅Set oven to 400°F
✅Whisk the egg in a bowl together with the Parmesan and herbs. .
✅Dip the chicken chunks first in the egg, then coat with the pork rind crumbs
✅Place the chicken nuggets on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Coach❤️Theah tip: If you have an airfryer, toss them in the airfryer
Use your favorite dipping sauce or make a chicken wrap
