Bone broth contains Collagen ~ Collagen makes up for 30% of the protein in your body. It's needed to preserve cartilage, ligaments, tendons, bone and skin. As we age, the level of collagen in your body decreases which can make your skin wrinkly and lose that youthful look. Also, if you are losing weight, collagen can aid in helping reduce the amount of lose or baggy skin.
