Quick and Easy dip served with crusty protein garlic bread and egglife wrap (everything bagel seasoning) chips








Coach Theah Tips

❤️I used egglife wraps

❤️I used packaged Artichokes & Crab

❤️I spray the egglife wrap chips with avocado oil

❤️I bake them on parchment paper at 425

❤️Sautee the ingredients in a pan ahead of time

❤️Use whatever spices & herbs you prefer

I used a Jalapeno and Banana peppers from my garden with fresh herbs to give these a little bit 🌶️










Coach❤️Theah Cheesy Crab and Artichoke Dip


❤️ Ingredient List❤️

  • 1/2 cup crab

  • 1/4 cup artichoke

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter (I used Kerrygold)

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 Jalapeno (optional)

  • 1 banana pepper (optional)

  • Parmigiana cheese

  • Heavy cream or Half & Half

🌿Spices & Herbs 🌿

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp parsley

  • onion & garlic chives

  • Salt & Pepper

*Note - you could replace the Jalapeño and the banana pepper with bell peppers


Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350

  2. Chop the Artichoke, peppers, garlic and sauté in fry pan with butter

  3. Once it is starts to cook, add the cream cheese and crab

  4. Add your spices and a little of heavy cream to your consistency

  5. Add the mixture to a skillet or oven safe baking dish

  6. Grate the parmigiana cheese on top

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until bubbly

  8. Serve with low carb chips or pair with crunchy bread (recipe to be posted soon)
