Why I love❤️ them: The only ingredients in a GRANDCESTORS meal are vegetables, high-quality proteins, spices, and healthy fats (coconut and olive oil).

Most of her products are not low carb, KETO but, she uses really great ingredients. She has a gluten free search on her website and you can order online.
Most of her soups,sauces and Salsa are gluten and corn free which is my preference
A lot of her frozen meals contain beans and rice which are not "Coach❤️Theah" approved
