I love Fondues for weekend evenings with family or friends. I love how it brings us together and we can enjoy the cooking experience together and catch up on us. Great for date nights ❤️

Ingredients

Pick your Protein: Steak, Chicken, Shrimp, Lobster Tail, Pork etc

Pick your Vegetables: Onions, Mushrooms, Peppers, Squash, Asparagus, Brussel Sprouts etc...


Here is what we did...


❤️Steak (I used a Wagyu Filet) I like the extra fat content

❤️Lobster Tail

❤️Asparagus

❤️ Onion (Cut into Rings)

❤️Mushrooms (white & oyster)

❤️Squash (Zucchini, Summer or PattyPan)

❤️Peppers (red bell and snacking peppers)

❤️Potatoe (baby red or white)

❤️Red Wine (I used a Cab)

❤️Beef Broth (I used Kettle & Fire Bone Broth)

❤️5 Cloves of Garlic

❤️ Spices & herbs (I used rosemary, sage, bay leaves, cayenne Pepper,)

❤️Saslt & Pepper





Preparation



❤️Cut all your meat and vegetables


❤️Arrange sliced protein and vegetable pieces on large platter; set aside.


❤️Heat broth and remaining ingredients to a boil in fondue pot or saucepan; simmer 10 minutes.


❤️Pour into a metal fondue pot; keep at simmer while cooking meat and vegetables. Serve with assorted condiments and dipping sauces.
