Creamy Cheesy Scrambled Eggs
About the Recipe
Nothing beats a good couple eggs in the morning
❤️1 tbsp grass-fed butter
❤️1 tbsp Cream Cheese or dairy free cream cheese (Kite Hill)
❤️Swiss Cheese (optional)
❤️Salt & Pepper
Coach❤️Theah Tip: Enjoy with applegate turkey bacon or chicken sausage patties. You can include Avocado, Tomato slices for a big breakfast
❤️Crack the eggs into a small bowl and use a fork to whisk them together with some salt and pepper
Coach❤️Theah Tip: Put them in your blender to froth them up really nice
❤️Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat - not too hot, don't burn the butter
❤️Pour the eggs into the skillet, add the cream cheese and stir for 1–2 minutes, until they are creamy and cooked just the way you like them.
Remember that the eggs will still be cooking even after you've put them on your plate.
Or you can cut up the bacon and toss the eggs into the bacon pan (almost done) and scramble from there
