I lb of chicken - breast or thigh
3 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
1 TSP Cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
Salt & Pepper
❤️How to prepare the chicken
✅Combine avocado oil, chili powder, lime juice, and garlic powder in a large bowl until well mixed.
✅Transfer the Organic free-range chicken into the mixture to uniformly coat.
✅Seal and allow to marinate for about 30-60 minutes or overnight
✅Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat, while the organic free-range chicken is marinating.
✅Put the Organic free-range chicken on the grill grates and change sides at approximately 5 minutes intervals until the chicken temperature reaches 185F, about 30-40 minutes
✅Add sea salt to taste.
